Terms of sale
Valid from 12 October 2026
These terms apply when your company orders workwear with print or embroidery from us. We have kept them as short and clear as we can. If something is unclear, ask us before you order. The Swedish version applies if the two versions differ.
1. Who we are
Personalkläder (personalklader.se) is run by Royals Media.
- Email: kontakt@personalklader.se
- Approved for F-tax
2. We sell to businesses
We only sell to companies and other organisations, not to private individuals. A company registration number is required to order. The Swedish Sale of Goods Act (köplagen) applies, not consumer law, and where these terms say something different from the Act, these terms apply.
All prices are excluding VAT. VAT (25%) is added on the invoice.
3. Order and order confirmation
You can order in the web shop, in the customer portal, on a page we have made for your company, or by email or phone. The order is binding for both of us once we have sent an order confirmation by email. Check the confirmation and tell us straight away if anything is wrong.
If you want to change or cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible. It costs nothing until we have bought in the garments or started printing. After that, you pay for what we have already bought in or done for your order.
4. Proof — you approve the print before we print
Before we print a new logo we send you a proof: an image showing the print on the garment, with placement and size. We print only once you have approved it.
Check spelling, colours, size and placement carefully. Once you have approved the proof, you are responsible for what it shows — including errors that were in the logo you sent us.
If you reorder with the same logo and placement, we print as last time without a new proof.
5. Your logo and the right to use it
You are responsible for having the right to use the logos, texts and images you ask us to print — for example that they do not infringe anyone else's trademark or copyright. If someone claims compensation from us for such an infringement, you cover the cost.
We may decline to print content we do not want to print, for example offensive content.
6. Colours and tolerances
Colours on a screen and in the proof never look exactly like they do on fabric. The print may differ slightly in shade from the proof and from your colour codes, and the same colour can look different on different garment colours and materials.
Placement and size may differ by up to one centimetre from the proof. The garments' sizes and colours follow the manufacturer's tolerances.
Embroidery cannot reproduce very small details and thin lines, so a logo may need to be simplified for embroidery. You will see this in the proof.
Differences like these are not defects.
7. Delivery time and shipping
Normal delivery time is 7 working days from when you approve the proof (or from the order confirmation when no new proof is needed). This is an estimate, not a promise. If we are delayed we will contact you with a new date.
Shipping costs SEK 186 excluding VAT per order. Shipping is free when the order (excluding shipping) is at least SEK 5,000 excluding VAT. If an order is split across several delivery addresses, each address counts as one order.
The risk for the goods passes to you when they have been delivered to the address you gave us.
8. Payment
You pay by invoice with 15 days' payment terms, unless we have agreed otherwise. For a new customer or a large order we may ask for payment in advance.
If you pay late, we charge interest on late payment under the Swedish Interest Act (räntelagen) from the due date, and we are entitled to compensation for late payment under the Act on Compensation for Debt Recovery Costs (1981:739). We charge a reminder fee of SEK 60 per written reminder; if we charge the compensation for late payment, the reminder fee is included in it.
Unpaid invoices may be passed on to a debt collection agency. The goods remain our property until they have been paid for.
9. Complaints — if something is wrong
Check the delivery when you receive it. Visible defects — wrong garment, wrong quantity, wrong size, a damaged garment or a print that does not match the proof — must be reported to us in writing (email is fine) within 10 working days of receiving the delivery. Please send a photo.
Defects that cannot be seen straight away, for example a print that comes off in the wash although the care instructions were followed, must be reported within a reasonable time after you noticed them, and no later than two years after delivery.
If the defect is ours, we put it right: we reprint, replace the garment or give a price reduction, and we pay the shipping for it. If we cannot put it right within a reasonable time, you may cancel the purchase of the defective garments.
10. Returns
Garments with your print or embroidery, or otherwise made for you, cannot be sold to anyone else. They are therefore not taken back, except when they are defective (see Complaints).
The statutory right of withdrawal for distance purchases applies only to consumers, not to purchases between businesses.
11. The staff portal
In the customer portal you can invite your employees, who enter their own sizes and request garments. You decide who takes part and what they may order. You are responsible for what your users do in the portal: orders placed or approved by a user with the right to approve are your company's orders.
Keep logins and personal links to yourselves, and tell us straight away if a link or login has gone astray — we will close it. Remove people who have left; you can do this yourselves in the portal.
12. Personal data in the portal — our data processing agreement
We process the names, contact details and sizes of your employees in the portal on behalf of your company. Your company is the controller and we are the processor. This section is our data processing agreement (Article 28 GDPR):
- We use the data only to receive and deliver your orders and to run the portal, according to your instructions — which you give by how you use the portal.
- Those who work with us are bound to keep the data confidential, and we protect it with appropriate technical and organisational measures (among them encrypted connections, access control and backups).
- We use sub-processors for servers, backups, email and shipping (see our privacy policy). You approve them through these terms. We will tell you in advance before we add or replace a sub-processor, and you may object.
- We help you when an employee wants to see, correct or delete their data, and we tell you without undue delay if we discover a personal data breach that affects them.
- When the agreement ends we delete the data or hand it back, as you choose — except what we must keep by law (for example bookkeeping).
- You get the information needed to show that we comply with this, and you may request an audit.
13. Limitation of liability
Our liability for defects or delay is limited to the value of the order (excluding VAT). We are not liable for indirect losses, for example lost profit or staff being without clothes on a particular day. The limitation does not apply if we caused the damage intentionally or through gross negligence.
14. Force majeure
We are not liable for delays or defects caused by something we cannot control and could not have foreseen — for example strikes, fire, flooding, war, decisions by authorities, interruptions at suppliers or carriers, or major disruptions to power or the internet. We will tell you as soon as we know. If the obstacle lasts more than one month, either of us may cancel the part of the order that has not been delivered.
15. Changes to these terms
We may change these terms. The terms that applied when you ordered apply to that order.
16. Disputes
Swedish law applies. If something goes wrong, contact us first at kontakt@personalklader.se — most things can be solved that way. If we cannot agree, the dispute is settled by a Swedish general court.
